An Intensive day covering the essential skills and processes required to get the very best out of your sales department/team.

The understanding gained will leave delegates feeling far more confident managing their teams and individuals towards optimum performance. It will also help build on the manager's business acumen, improving decision making and guidance.

The group size on this course will be max. 8 to allow time for addressing any specific sales management issues being experienced by delegates.

As well as being squarely aimed at Sales Managers and Sales Directors looking to inspire outstanding performance from their team this course would also "fast-track" any sales team member displaying leadership qualities.

There is time allocated to address specific issues that need attention and we will be drawing up action plans at the end of the day.

There is an optional 2nd day available run as a workshop where we adapt the resources needed to manage and drive performance.

We will also cover planning in more depth than day 1 (strategic and board Level) and the how's and why's of company set targets and budgets.
This second day is specifically designed to follow on from the previous day and references what was covered on day one. As a result it is not practical to just attend day 2.
